There are businesses who are driving the energy transition in Scotland
Some of those businesses seem constrained by a lack of certain skills in their workforce
We can help those businesses to find the right young people to fill those skills gaps
WHAT WE’VE DONE SO FAR
THE ‘CHALLENGE PROGRAMME’
We run a programme in schools called ‘Challenge’ where students take on a real world sustainability problem set by industry, and work in teams over the academic year to develop and present a solution to a panel of judges
The programme helps them to understand how sustainability applies to commercial solutions and to develop workplace skills
We are evolving this programme right now to include more about careers and pathways into the sector. You can help us to shape this so that you benefit
